This rare 14k GF Billitonite pendant is unique. The raw tektite was wrapped in 14k gold filled wire by an artist in our studio. These strange stones rarely come to market. We were only able to make a very limited quantity of Billitonite pendants.
Metaphysical Properties
Billitonite tektite's energy is both grounding and protective. As a natural form of glass created from a meteorite, Billitonites are helpful in completing duties, tasks, and providing a sense of "knowing" in regards to higher learning and spirituality. Tektites have been used for aligning the energy centers of the physical body as well as aiding to balance the nervous system. Stones with well defined deep grooves have been used by healers for psychic surgery. Tektites do not retain any negative energy and are self cleansing.

Batu Satam stone aka Billitonite is an approximately 790,000 year old tektite found on the Billiton Island in Indonesia. Billitonites unusual glossy jet black luster and deep grooved surface has made them very popular with collectors. The stones with natural grooves sometimes resembling flowing Arabic script are said to contain more "magic".
