Order processing

Please allow up to three business days for an order to be prepared for shipment, excluding holidays. Many orders are prepared sooner. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is accepted and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping destinations

Moldavite Life ships to the United States, including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories, and Canada. Shipping availability depends on the delivery address and carrier service. Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Any free-shipping offer and available expedited services are displayed at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available for the selected service, tracking details are sent after the shipping label is created. It can take time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing the order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact Moldavite Life as soon as possible. A change may not be possible after the carrier has accepted the package.

Canada orders

Canadian delivery times can vary because of customs processing and local carrier conditions. Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import fees may apply. Unless checkout explicitly states that those charges are included, they may be collected from the recipient by the carrier or local authority.

Returns

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made before shipment or within seven days of delivery. Contact Moldavite Life before returning an item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all package contents. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return packages must be postmarked within seven days after contacting Moldavite Life about a return. Refunds are issued after the safe return of all package contents, subject to the Refund policy.

All sales are final for Moldavite Oil, sound bowls, and gongs. No exceptions.

Lost damaged or incorrect orders

Moldavite Life will refund or replace items lost or damaged during shipment only if tracking does not confirm delivery. Once shipment tracking confirms delivery, no refunds will be issued for missing packages.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Moldavite Life promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the situation can be reviewed.
