Refund policy

Returns

We do accept returns when customers are unhappy with their order for any reason. If you have any concerns about your order or craftsmanship of your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible. Follow the return procedure below for a return. 

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin a return by email at info@moldavitejewelry.com.

2. Items must be in their original condition to receive a full refund.

3. Ship the item back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.

3. Refunds or store credit will be granted when we receive the item. Full refunds are available for items sent back in original condition.

Note:

If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be not have been used, and in the same condition that you received it. ship the item back with all of the package contents.

Gift cards and or gift certificates are non-refundable and therefore cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number. send Please email us at info@moldavitejewelry.com to begin the return process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) .
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to craftsmanship.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. We submit refunds as quickly as possible, but it takes some time for them to fully process.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@moldavitejewelry.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to shipment. We do our best to catch any craftsmanship issues before shipment, so this would be an unusual case. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@moldavitejewelry.com to begin.

Gifts

If you would like to return an order that was sent as a gift, please contact us at info@moldavitejewelry.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 18555, Asheville NC 28814, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do check our PO box regularly to check the mail. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. That said, we have received all returns that we have communicated with customers about. If you have any concerns please reach out to us.
