About Pearl of Fire Agni Manitite
These beauties are also known as Javanite, Pearl of Fire, and Agni Mani. The glistening, dimpled surface of each stone appears dark grey or black when sitting in natural light. When held up to a light source, they are translucent and show tones of warm grey, brown, and dark grey.
Pearl of Fire tektites are part of the Australasian strewn field. The Australasian strewn field covers a large area including parts of Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Agni Manitite tektites were formed when a meteorite collided with earth. As a result, a mix of vaporized meteorite material and earth material combined to form tektites as they flew outward from the meteorite impact. Agni Manitite tektites landed in Java, Indonesia.
